Your health, without the homework.

A woman logging her lunch on her phone at her office desk while a colleague laughs beside her.

Log lunch in one line.

Type it, say it or snap it. Curry and chapati land on their own lines.

A woman stretching by an open window at sunrise.

Know how hard to go today.

Each morning, one score says push, keep steady or ease off.

Log real food in seconds.

Typing in every meal is the top reason people quit health apps.1

Say it the way you'd say it.

Type, speak or snap your plate. Each part lands on its own line, so you can fix anything that's off. Then the meal gets its score: protein and portion, against your day.

A woman cooking in her kitchen, with bowls of dal, rice and salad on the counter.

Spell it your way.

Type dahi and get yogurt. Type anda and get eggs. Search knows the names you use, even offline.

Your day, meal by meal.

Breakfast, lunch and the shake after work, each with its calories and protein.

A note after each meal.

What the meal did well, what it was short on, and what that means for the rest of your day.

Know what's in the packet.

The front of a pack sells. The back says what's inside.

Scan the barcode. Read the reasons.

A score out of 100 and the plain reasons behind it: what's good, and what's not so good. The same pack gets the same score, for everyone.

Adults, teens and children, each with its reason.

Why it scored that.

Bujji builds your 12-week plan.

Tell it your goal, your days, your kit and anything that hurts. Your plan is built around those answers from 873 exercises, with every set, rep and rest worked out, and it says how each part gets you to your goal.

Know your next weight, and why.

During the set. Twelve easy reps with three left in the tank? Bujji's next numbers wait in the row, ready when you are.

Your plan checks in, like a good coach.

Bujji goes over how it went: your lifts, sleep, food and weight, chart by chart. Too hard, too long, a lift that hurts? Bujji can swap an exercise, change sets or move your days. You choose: use the changes, or keep your plan as it is. Every change can be undone.

Your week, against your usual.

Wins and things to work on, number by number.

What moved what.

One thing to try.

Next Monday, Bujji tells you how those days went. The review never changes your plan.

Train hard on the right days.

Slept badly? Most plans carry on as if nothing happened.

Your morning, read for you.

Recovery comes from your sleep and heart, against your own last 30 days, and it names what held it back. On a rough day, lifts can go a step lighter. Your plan stays the same.

A woman asleep on her side under a colourful quilt at dawn, her phone face down on the bedside table.

Your night, stage by stage.

When you fell asleep, every stage through the night, and how it compares with your own normal. Sleep debt counts what you owe this week against the sleep you need.

Energy, hour by hour.

When your day will feel high or low, worked out from your sleep and what you do.

Meet Bujji.

Numbers help most when someone explains them. That's Bujji's job: a chef, a nutritionist, a trainer and a cycle expert, in one helper.

Ask about your day.

Ask about your food, training, sleep or cycle. Bujji answers in a few lines from your own numbers, each one marked in its colour, and offers the next questions worth asking.5

The chef

Reads your plate, down to the ghee on top.

The nutritionist

Scores each meal and says what it was short on.

The trainer

Coaches every set, and checks in on your plan.

The cycle expert

Learns your cycle and answers with sources.

Bujji can get things wrong, and isn't a doctor. A note with a number that isn't in your data never reaches you.

Questions, answered.

Is tesr free?

Yes, to start. Logging food, scanning packs, your 12-week plan, your own workouts, your daily scores and cycle tracking are free. Premium adds Bujji's coaching, the later check-ins and the Monday review. Prices are confirmed at launch.

Do I need a smartwatch?

No. Without a watch, four quick taps in the morning give you a Recovery score. With one, sleep and heart rate come in from Apple Health or Health Connect.

Are the food numbers right for home cooking?

Close enough to steer by, and every line is yours to fix. Oil and ghee get their own row, because that's where home cooking differs most.

What if I don't like my plan?

Swap any exercise, change your days or time, or build your own workouts from Bujji's and run them as your plan. With Premium, Bujji can also rebuild your workouts from your answers.

Does it work outside India?

Yes. Food search, training, sleep and cycle tracking work the same anywhere.

Is Bujji a doctor?

No. Bujji explains your own numbers and gives general guidance. When something needs a doctor, tesr says so.

What can Bujji see?

Only what you allow, area by area. Cycle stays off until you turn it on, and you can turn Bujji off completely.

Will someone call me to sell a plan?

No. tesr makes no sales calls.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Export everything as one Excel file, from your phone, any time.
