Delete your tesr account
Last Updated: October 15, 2026
TL;DR: In the app, open YOU and tap Delete my account. You are signed out at once. For 30 days you can sign back in and keep everything. After 30 days your account and your data are erased.
1. In the app
- Open tesr and go to Today.
- Tap your YOU pill at the top right.
- Tap Delete my account, read what happens, and confirm. You may be asked to sign in once more to prove it is you.
To delete only some of your data and keep your account, use YOU › Delete some of my data, or delete single entries where you logged them. Cycle data has its own button in Cycle settings.
2. Without the app
If you cannot open the app, email support@tesr.health from the email address on your tesr account, with the subject "Delete my tesr account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account the same way.
3. What is deleted
- Your account, your profile and your sign-in.
- Everything you logged: workouts, plans, meals, weigh-ins, measurements, sleep and health readings, cycle data, notes, and Bujji's notes, reviews and chats.
- Your progress photos and pack photos.
- If you signed in with Apple, tesr's access to your Apple ID is revoked.
For the first 30 days nothing is lost, so you can change your mind by signing back in. On day 30 it is all erased for good.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- A small record, for one year: Indian law asks us to keep it. It is a coded account number (not your email), the dates you used the app, what you agreed to and when, and a note that you asked us to delete it. After one year it goes too.
- AI cost records, up to one year: which AI feature ran and what it cost. They stop naming you when your account is erased.
- Our service providers' short-lived copies: some keep copies like crash reports and AI safety logs for up to 90 days before they clear them.
Our Privacy Policy has the full list of what we keep and why.
